Jeff Davidson

Jeff Davidson is the Founder and CEO of Victory Ventures, a platform company that builds, scales, and supports a portfolio of high-growth businesses across financial services, insurance, fitness, and business solutions, including Victory Financial, Victory Insurance, Camp Gladiator, and Victory Solutions.

 

A six-time founder, Jeff has built companies that have collectively generated more than $400 million in revenue. His career spans more than two decades, with experience as both an advisor and executive leader. He began in financial services with Equitable Advisors, where he became one of the firm’s most distinguished advisors, earning a place in the Hall of Fame and leading one of the most successful branches in company history.

 

Alongside his wife, Ally, Jeff is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Camp Gladiator, one of the fastest-growing fitness companies in the United States, with more than 1,000 team members and a nationwide presence. Together, they also founded CG Victory, a nonprofit youth adventure camp serving communities across Texas.

 

Through Victory Ventures, Jeff focuses on building companies that create opportunity, develop leaders, and drive long-term impact. His work is rooted in a commitment to serving others and living out his mission of laughing, loving, and living adventurously.
